Festival of Light and Reflection – Bringing light to the winter months with Puddingstone Arts Lantern Festival
Join us to create lanterns and large-scale sculptures to form a beautiful lit canalside spectacle, bringing light to the winter months.
We are delighted to share the details of Puddingstone Arts Festival of Light and Reflection taking place in schools and venues across Hemel this Autumn. The lanterns are created using traditional willow and tissue paper techniques
Children are set to create beautiful lanterns during school workshops before joining the festivities at Fishery Wharf café on the 1st of November to collect their beautiful lanterns and enjoy a series of floating installations on the canal and character creations perched on the banks.
The creative team invite local makers to join lantern-making workshops and create large-scale sculpture for installation at the event.
