Musical Puppet Show touring to Hertfordshire libraries
After years of working in the community to help families to healthier lifestyles with partners at the GOS Institute of Child Health. We have secured Arts Council Funding to take our musical puppet show, Savour the Flavour, on the road to Hertfordshire Libraries.
Background
Planet Munch is a creative learning environment and fantasy World embodying all that is essential for wellbeing. The programme was delivered as a 24 week healthy lifestyle programme, teaching nutritional science to families in community settings through creative arts. The programme was developed in Hertfordshire with partners at the UCL GOS Institute of Child Health. You can read more by following the link below

Nysa Projects Presents – Savour the Flavour – Where every mealtime is a song and a dance!
Welcome to a world of beatboxing greens, hula-hooping fruit, and the colourful residents of the Five-a-Day Jazz Club and Pulse dance studio. Featuring life-size puppets, an original soundtrack and loads of audience participation, Planet Munch is a delicious blend of playful musical theatre and inventive storytelling, with a healthy message about eating well and living together at its core. Created for children of primary school age, Planet Munch is a flavoursome puppetry treat for the whole family.

Nysa Projects background
Nysa Projects is a Hertfordshire-based artist-led organisation working on creative projects in Herts for the last 25 year’s.
The team at Nysa established The Cha, Cassiobury Park as a thriving arts venue, helping to establish many public events and delivering the successful Planet Munch Healthy Lifestyle Programme countywide, we are looking forward to taking the show back to South Oxhey where the project first began in Oxhey Wood, Family Centre. This time you will find us at Oxhey Library.
Nysa has most recently worked as artistic partner to Hertfordshire Libraries in the development of Arts Council Funded My Story project and My Firsts. Nysa helped to secure Arts Council funding to support emerging artists to design Early Year’s content and worked to develop content for Inspired, the Cultural and Creative offer across the service.
