We are excited to offer the opportunity to work with Nysa Projects on a key strand of Hertfordshire Libraries’ Culture and Creativity Offer, My Story Artist-in-Residence.
My Story is a piece of creative community engagement funded by Arts Council England. This new area of the My Story project offers the opportunity for an artist to work closely with the team at Hitchin Library or North Watford Library to develop a programme of activities and bring their practice to a library space.

My Story Artist-in-Residence allows My Story to communicate with audiences in a fun and engaging way whilst conveying the supportive and inclusive nature of the project. Hertfordshire Libraries Culture and Creativity Offer is key to developing Hertfordshire libraries as community hubs and My Story Artist-in-Residence provides the opportunity to develop a series of new outreach activities, community engagement, and creative learning inspired by the ethos of My Story Project.
Two Herts based Artists experienced in socially engaged arts practice are invited to be engaged as part of My Story 2 to explore the role of art in wellbeing, contribute to and explore project content, initiate events and host workshops.
